The first prototype of the TVG for the Terus project is at the initial stage of development. Today, work is underway on the details of the base of the lower structure, which serve as the foundation and transport module for the wind turbine. The structure consists of three welded frames, each of which is made of a set of welded elements with a thickness of 5 mm and for edging — up to 25 mm. The frames are connected to each other by a bolted connection, the processing of holes for which is already performed in welded structures on the Heavycut-5.3 machine to ensure the assemblability of the structure and guarantee its strength when working under load.
