In November, we participated in the 16th Siberian Energy Forum, which traditionally brought together government officials, top managers from leading energy companies, scientists, and industry experts. The main theme of the event was the implementation of innovations in the fields of energy, ecology, and import substitution.
We presented the TERUS project and discussed how our wind turbines can provide heat and energy to remote areas of Russia. The discussion with General Director Dmitry Salov and other speakers about the implementation of renewable energy sources in the housing and utilities sector and industrial enterprises was truly productive. The moderator and guests from the audience asked questions, showing interest in the practical side of our project.
The relevance of using thermal wind generators is confirmed by the numbers. According to the Forum participants, today, on forty percent of the contracts for technological connection of remote facilities to the power grid, the effectiveness of using renewable energy sources has been proven.
Reducing the cost of connecting remote and hard-to-reach facilities, such as farms, agricultural enterprises, tourist sites, and private households, to which it is too expensive to extend power lines, is an important issue for both energy companies and consumers. Consumers are forced to live without electricity and other modern amenities, while energy companies are willing to provide electricity through autonomous power generation systems. As a result, energy companies are now exploring the use of solar and wind energy.
Our participation in the forum has once again proven that TERUS is not just a promising development, but a ready-made tool for transforming the energy sector in Siberia and throughout the country.
